By accessing this website or purchasing from Peninsula Monolith Studios, you agree to these Terms of Services.

All pieces are handmade in Australia and may vary slightly in texture, form, colour and finish. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of each piece and are not considered defects. 

Many pieces are made to order. Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on drying, curing and finishing requirements. We will communicate any significant delay where possible.

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated or quoted separately. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any lighting product requiring installation is installed correctly and, where required by Australian Law, by a licensed electrician. Peninsula Monolith Studios does not undertake electrical installation unless expressly agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been a pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraudulent or other reasonable business concern. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.

Because our pieces are handmade or made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by store terms, including for faulty or materially misdescribed products. 

Images on our website are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible, however, screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of the work may result in minor visual differences. 

All photographs, designs, text, artwork and other content appearing on this website remain the intellectual property of Peninsula Monolith Studios unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continue use of this website following an update constitutes accept of the revise terms. 

These terms are governed by the Laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Australian Law
